We're on vacation with my family at Lake Norman in North Carolina and we're having a blast skiing/wakeboarding, playing on the water, and relaxing.
And we're of course grilling and cooking up the good food below.
I'll be sure to post more about the food, the recipes, and our vacation when we get home. And I'll end this post with a picture of my niece and I because she's so darn cute!
